At this juncture, she began working on a masters in marriage and family therapy part-time simultaneously. During this program, she was introduced to systemic family therapy philosophy.

In 2020, Abdelzaher then noticed a parallel understanding of systems between technical systems and systems of people. During her studies, she became consumed with the idea of designing a method that would integrate the approach to healing people within their systems and the approach to minimizing errors within technical systems.

By integrating her experience with technical systems as well as systemic family therapy, she ideated a repeatable process that is a blend of her unique knowledge and training. This process began as a model for individual change and within a year and a half became a method for systemic change.

At the start of 2021, Abdelzaher took a break from the consulting world so that she may dedicate her time to her theory. She took her ideation one step further by becoming a physics autodidact.

Abdelzaher theorized that a body's movement across space-time always occurs within a specific pattern and that human bodies could be used to test this movement within a closed system. Abdelzaher tested her theory over a six-month period in an informal and consensual online experiment between June 2021 and December 2021.

Between March 2022 and August 2022, she revisited the work of theoretical physicist Albert Einstein and studied math independently. During this time, she concluded that her discovery about how bodies move within systems, resulting in change, is likely (mostly) correct.

Abdelzaher dedicated herself to transforming the original model for individual change to a repeatable and flexible method for any organization of people to use within their system. She integrated her knowledge about her physics theory, technical systems, the psychology of systems of people and traditional consulting techniques in order to design a method for organizations to navigate movement within their system. Today, she uses this method with clients of any size and in any industry.

Altitude Heights Inc. is founded on the culmination of studying systems from multiple perspectives and developing a unique method for redesigning and navigating movement within the systems our clients exist in.

Our story begins with our CEO and founder, Imann Abdelzaher.

In 2018, Abdelzaher learned how to build technical systems, how systems communicate with one other through data movement and how to minimize errors between system communication as a consulting Business Systems Analyst for a major consulting firm, Accenture.

As the Business Systems Analyst on the multi-million dollar project, she was the middle person between the technology and business teams- often finding herself working with the technical system architect on system design and system error management.

Two years later, Abdelzaher transitioned to a boutique consulting firm, Alpha Investors (formerly Lionpoint Group).
